Q: When are 1-on-1 Private Instruction hour sessions available?
A: 1-on-1 Private Instruction hour sessions, which are conducted in English, are available four days a week (Monday through Thursday) from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm PT.
Q: How do I schedule a 1-on-1 Private Instruction hour session?
A: After completing the required Private Instruction Survey, an email will be sent with a Private Instruction Application that will allow you to indicate your preferred 1-on-1 Private Instruction hour period of time.
Q: When will my 1-on-1 Private Instruction hour session begin?
A: After scheduling, and receipt of electronic payment.
Q: Do you have to be a matriculated Community College or University student to use this service?
A: No. However, you must be 18 years of age or older.
Q: If I schedule a 1-on-1 Private Instruction hour session, and can’t make it at the agreed time, can I reschedule?
A: Yes. You may reschedule a new session, after alerting me your absence via email, within two (2) days.
Q: Are Study materials provided?
A: Yes, upon request.
Refund Policy
Please note that using this 1-on-1 Private Instruction service does not guarantee a high or passing grade in any College-level Geological Science or Chemistry course that you might be registered in.
Therefore, there are NO REFUNDS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
